Is Zingo free to use?
Yes. Creating a profile, swiping, matching and chatting are free. Premium, Gold and Platinum add extras like unlimited swipes, rewinds, seeing who likes you, voice calls and free boosts.
Who can use Zingo?
Zingo is only for adults aged 18 and over. We remove accounts that break this rule.
Who can see my location?
Nobody sees where you are. Other members only see an approximate distance, and you can change your location settings at any time.
How do matches work?
When you like someone and they like you back, it's a match. Only matched members can message each other.
What does the blue tick mean?
The member recorded a short live selfie that matched their profile photos, so you know they're who they say they are.
What happens when I report someone?
Our moderation team reviews every report and can suspend accounts that break the community rules. The person you report isn't told who reported them.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, any time from Settings in the app, or by following the steps on our account deletion page. Your profile, matches and messages are removed permanently.
